Traverse City, Michigan

We decided to go north for the long weekend to visit the grandparents. Below are some of the highlights, beginning with Grandpa Dan's orchard and vineyard.

We took a trip to the aptly-named Sleeping Bear Dunes, a large hill of sand. As you can see below, we tried many ways to assist Bear up the hill, but the result was the same....

And she also wound up with sand in her eye! :(

Ice cream is particularly good up north.

Each time, she warms up a little more to Grandpa Dan.

Daddy always enjoys a good lighthouse.

And more ice cream with Aunt Kelly and 2nd cousin Delaney!!

She enjoyed Abbey, too.
